Congratulations Ava Phelps!

Congratulations to Spring Valley freshman Ava Phelps who is among four young midlands women to be first in the nation to be granted the rank of Eagle Scouts by the Midlands chapter of the Boy Scouts of America.

The Indian Waters Council of the Midlands awarded the honor on Thursday to Ava after she completed her final Eagle Scout requirement. Click here to read more about this great achievement in the The State newspaper.

National Honor Society Applications

Invitations to apply for the National Honor Society have been sent to candidates who qualify. To qualify, a candidate must have a weighted GPA of 4.0 or higher and have passed at least 1 Honors level or 1 AP Course and currently be a Junior or a Senior. If you feel you should have received an invitation, but didn’t, please contact Mr. Robertson at jrobertson@richland2.org. Applications are due by Monday, October 12 at 8:00 am.
