Good Morning Spring Valley Families,
As you have heard by now, Spring Valley High School is switching to an asynchronous day on Thursday, February 2, 2023. Â Below is additional information on eLearning procedures and expectations for SVHS students. Â
eLearning Procedures and Expectations
Instruction will be asynchronous, which means that students will complete required assignments at home at their own pace. SVHS teachers will post assignments in Google Classroom Thursday morning. All assignments must be completed and turned in order for the student to be marked present for Thursday, February 2, 2023. It is important for ALL students to check Google Classroom for each of their classes and to complete the assigned activities from their teachers.
In addition to the posted assignments in Google Classroom, all Spring Valley teachers will hold virtual office hours on Thursday. Virtual office hours will be from 10:30 am-11:30 am and again from 2:30 pm-3:30 pm. Teachers will post Google Meet links for the virtual office hours in their respective Google Classrooms. These virtual office hours are for students to ask questions or seek help on assigned instructional activities.
