SV Players, Spring Valley’s self funded after school theater group is selling popcorn to raise money for our upcoming Spring Musical! The sale will starts October 17th @ 5pm and goes until 5pm on Monday October 21st! Four days only!! Please check with a member of SV Players to see if they have their own pop up shop for you to shop from or you may shop from our Club wide pop up shop at https://s.dgpopup.com/898zzhz8.  Half of the proceeds from every bag comes back to our organization!!  And the flavors are sooo good, from cheesy and  buttery goodness to sweet caramel– there are flavors for every palette!   Thank you in Advance!!! 

EAO Halloween Trashion Fashion

Trashion Fashion is Back! Come show off your upcycled costume-making skills October 21st in the Auditorium!

Are you interested in making an upcycled Halloween costume? Do you love to repurpose what has fallen into disuse? Can you make something from anything and love a good challenge? Join the Environmental Assistance Organization on October 21st in the Auditorium from 6:30 -8:00! Sign up on the form above with your team and get to work. Clubs, classes, and student teams are all welcome.  Guidelines for costume design HERE

All proceeds will help fund patient recovery efforts & education materials through the Prisma Health Breast Centers in the Midlands. This will be donated to the Midlands Walk For Life!

Your team members will be asked to help sell tickets ($5 each). Please see Mrs. Zweimiller (D204) for details before school or at lunch!

Trashion Fashion Merchandise can now be ordered! The order form flyer and Google Form are attached below. Merchandise is made by our Entrepreneurship students and proceeds to go to the 2024 Midlands Walk for Life.

Orders can be placed using this Google Form and paid through our fees office with Ms. Sebastian (cash, or credit card).

Valley’s Got Talent

Get those dancing shoes ready, practice those vocal cords, and prepare your best jokes, because the student talent show is back! 

Auditions will be held on October 29th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. You must complete the application form if you’d like to participate in the show. Prizes will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners!

NEWBERRY COLLEGE TOUR

Student Parking

 Students will no longer be allowed to utilize the parking lot in front of the gym upon arrival to school.  This parking lot is reserved for Staff and Visitors only in the mornings. Students will begin receiving tickets and parking fines when parking in this area.  All students are required to have the appropriate parking pass to utilize any campus parking and must park in the Upper/Junior Lot unless they have been assigned a designated Senior Parking Spot elsewhere on campus.  Upon returning from lunch, or for after school activities, students may use the Gym Lot.  Again, students may not use the Gym Lot any earlier than the beginning of 5th period.
