Happy Holidays & Winter Break

Winter Days Recap : Winter Wonderland
Winter Days is a Spring Valley tradition dating back to 1984, and is the largest annual school-wide community outreach project at Spring Valley High School. The project consists of various charitable drives that benefit a number of local community agencies. Committee chairs survey agency needs, sets collection goals, and begins the challenge of coordinating this large effort.
The theme this year is …
”Winter Wonderland” as Spring Valley celebrates our 38th Winter Days and 38 years of giving back to our community. The theme represents us reflecting on our past years and rejoicing in our own “Winter Wonderland.”
Although we may collect physical items to donate, what we really hope to give to others through Winter Days is the knowledge that they are recognized and remembered during the holiday season.
Viking Teacher & Classified Employee of the Month of November & December

Spring Valley “Teacher of the Month” program is designed to recognize teachers who are making a profound and positive difference in the lives of our students. Congratulations to the “Teacher of the Month” for November Mr. Matthew Oberly and for December Mrs. Carmen Nazario.
